MFAS is a volunteer ambulance service. We don't charge for our services: you will never receive a bill from us. We have no impact on township, state or federal taxes. Our members and officers receive no pay. We are dependent on contributions from individuals and organizations.
What expenses will my donation go towards?
Your donation will help cover the purchase of new equipment, vehicle maintenance, electricity and heat for our building, and replacement of consumable supplies (oxygen canisters, sterile and single-use equipment, etc). Any supplies with expiration dates are replaced before they do. When our rigs roll, we make certain that each one is fully stocked and ready. Without your help, we cannot meet these costs.
